Full NetSuite Business Process Architecture 

Before we start anything we work with you to ensure all "to be" business functions are mapped out and clearly understood. Starting at the highest level we map out all of your processes. Then once you're have confirmed the high level processes we then deep dive into a function by function analyses.

Once all the requirements are known, we begin our solution design process. Its here we determined the full list of modules required or customisations required. We look to use as many standard features as possible within our first phase. This allows you to get used to the new ERP.

Sometimes there just isn't an off the shelf solution available. Above is the Entity Relationship Diagram of a bespoke application. Here we mapped out every field and it's interactions which linked to a high level and then detailed process analysis.

We understand that this is a complex and in some instances a once in a generational change for a business. Digital Cryogenics are here to help guide you through the process using plain English. Data is normally the main thing that causes the most delays; as part of our design process we will highlight all business critical data needed.

Data extraction for migration should start as early as possible in the process, Digital Cryogenics do not provide data cleansing services. 

We will guide you from day one on the best practices needed to get to a good starting point. This normally begins with the selection of what data you want to move to the new system. 

We really do not advise moving over legacy transactional data. This should be exported from your current system (if its being fully retired) and a 3rd party solution used.

Once the BRD is approved we implement and deliver on the contents. Digital Cryogenics strongly advise not to make any changes to BRD during this process unless its absolutely necessary such as a change in government or regulatory policy. 

The QA process starts during the design process, we follow ISTQB practices on requirements engineering so we can try and mitigate problems in the design before they make it to production. Digital Cryogenics creates detailed test plans to ensure adequate coverage of the overall solution.  Once testing has passed we hand the system over to you to carry out user acceptance testing.

The BRD Contains the training plan, in here we identify key users and areas that will be covered in the initial training. Including timings, methodologies and locations.

Go live is the most stressful day on an implementation, Digital Cryogenics will be onsite with you ensuring a smooth transition. As long as all the above steps are followed you should have a seamless transition.
