How long does it take to fix?

To be blunt, how long did it take to become in the state its in now? The truth is until we review and scope we cannot give you a time line, there maybe no quick fix.

Can you not just do quick wins to get management on side?

A quick win can introduce technical debt, also fixing an ERP is not a simple exercise. You can fix one area but really mess up somewhere else. This process requires time, effort and money.

I've already paid the vendor a lot of money and don't have the budget, can you not just fix it?

Every conversation starts like this, whilst we appreciate you may have paid a 3rd party, you haven't paid us.

This is the question doesn't help anyone, were independent, we didn't do the work. If you want our help you need to secure the budget.

How much will this cost?

Honest answer, no idea, only by following the steps above can we get an estimate of costs.
